About the role
Responsibilities
- Own hiring pipelines end-to-end
- Manage multiple simultaneous hiring rounds
- Source and communicate with candidates
- Guide hiring managers through fast and transparent hiring processes
- Scope new roles and design interview processes
- Handle candidate communications, sourcing talent, and seeking referrals
- Screen applications in the ATS and coordinate interviews and paid work trials
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting at a small, fast-moving organization
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job description to signed offer
- Strong insights on recruiting best practices
