About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, managing logistics and video conferencing
- Serve as the primary contact for candidates regarding scheduling and next steps
- Manage recruiting team calendars to optimize time and avoid conflicts
- Partner with hiring managers to understand availability and preferences
- Send reminders to candidates and interviewers to ensure punctuality
- Handle last-minute rescheduling to minimize disruption
- Manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination or Recruiting Ops
- Familiarity with Workday and Microsoft suite of products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
