Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of experts to our highest-value projects
  • Work with the CEO/CTO to design important recruitment frameworks
  • Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform
  • Ensure execution under demanding timelines
  • Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions to improve quality and cost-efficiency
  • Continuously refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels using data

Requirements

  • Experience attracting world-class talent in short time frames
  • Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients
  • High level of agency and bias to action
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate in an environment with high ambiguity
