Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of experts to our highest-value projects
- Work with the CEO/CTO to design important recruitment frameworks
- Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform
- Ensure execution under demanding timelines
- Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions to improve quality and cost-efficiency
- Continuously refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels using data
Requirements
- Experience attracting world-class talent in short time frames
- Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients
- High level of agency and bias to action
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to operate in an environment with high ambiguity
