About the role
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and prepare interviewers, hiring managers and panels
- Keep ATS statuses, notes and timelines accurate and current
- Manage candidate communication across email, LinkedIn and job boards
- Keep job posts and descriptions current across platforms
- Document recruiting workflows and recurring issues
- Screen candidates against predefined criteria and flag concerns early
- Identify and remove bottlenecks that stall candidates
Requirements
- 1+ year supporting recruiting or employee processes
- Experience scheduling interviews
- Experience with an ATS or HRIS
- Experience managing candidate communication
- English at C1 level
- 2+ years at one company at some point in career
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Experience using AI tools in real work
