About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage interview schedules and recruiting meetings for candidates and hiring teams
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and AI-assisted tools
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and keep recruiting data accurate
- Complete reference checks and support new-hire onboarding
Requirements
- 2-4 years of recruiting coordination and/or sourcing experience
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear professional written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Greenhouse experience
- Experience with AI-assisted scheduling tools such as Goodtime or Guide
