About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume recruitment for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Therapists
- Draft and post job opportunities across job boards and social media
- Identify and source potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach
- Track candidates in the ATS and manage workflows
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and CMOs
- Draft and finalize provider contracts and compensation addendums
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or equivalent
- Demonstrated skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

What we look for
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ATS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Healthcare Administration preferred
