Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Publish job vacancies on internal and external recruitment platforms
• Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial candidate shortlisting
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Prepare and coordinate onboarding documentation for successful candidates
• Manage communication with UAE National candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Support recruitment initiatives such as job fairs and employer branding events
• Update and maintain the interview tracker on a daily basis
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor laws, and data privacy regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administration
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems
