Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria
• Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media
• Source and contact passive candidates via LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, and other platforms
• Network with candidates offline during job fairs
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
• Update clients on hiring status and candidate progress
• Prepare candidates before client interviews
• Create talent pipelines for future job opportunities
• Maintain detailed records of applicants, resumes, and interview evaluations
• Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates to maintain strong relationships

Requirements

• BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter or in a similar role
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to manage early hiring stages including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Experience with various interview formats (phone, in-person, group)
• Experience evaluating candidates across various industries and seniority levels
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and Boolean search
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
