Responsibilities

• Own each search end-to-end from brief to offer, including timelines, quality, and communication
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, candidates, and experts to build long-term, trust-based relationships
• Write sharp, un-templated job descriptions, briefs, and outreach
• Manage sourcing through internal networks and targeted external search powered by AI
• Track progress with data and feedback
• Help build the AI tools the whole team relies on

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced tech environments
• AI-native workflow approach with experience building AI into daily tasks
• Proficiency with ATSs, outreach platforms, and HR tech
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• High empathy and ability to support people while maintaining pace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring designers across seniority levels
• Hands-on design experience
