Responsibilities
- Manage Concierge Referrals by understanding member preferences and finding high-quality providers
- Work with scheduling teams to book appointments on behalf of members
- Gather accurate data from provider offices including availability, insurance contracts, and conditions treated
- Assist members in collecting medical records to forward to new providers
- Collaborate with Member Care Advocates, Records Specialists, Clinical, and Quality teams
- Maintain high velocity and quality performance targets while meeting service level agreements
- Discuss additional benefits with members and connect them with appropriate departments
Requirements
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Apps and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform accurate data collection and entry
- Adaptability in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and perform internet searches
