Regional Director, Site Engagement & Access

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, coach and lead a compliant, high-performing team of Site Engagement and Access Leads
• Translate national strategy into regional priorities, execution plans and measurable objectives
• Oversee regional site engagement strategies to assess operational capabilities and identify barriers
• Ensure field teams educate on coverage, coding, billing, and reimbursement including buy-and-bill requirements
• Identify and escalate complex reimbursement barriers and emerging payer challenges
• Partner with Market Access, Patient Services, Medical Affairs and Sales Leadership on site engagement strategies
• Ensure field reimbursement activities remain within regulatory, legal, and company compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare or related industries
• 5+ years in market access, field reimbursement, patient services or site-of-care management
• Launch experience required
• Experience building and leading field-based teams
• Knowledge of medical benefit reimbursement, buy-and-bill, coverage, coding and billing
• Up to 75% travel within an assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in business, healthcare administration, life sciences or related field
• Experience in a small entrepreneurial environment
