Responsibilities

• Define the regional partnerships strategy, including channel mix and partner priorities
• Own and run the regional partnerships P&L, managing partner-sourced NGR and all related costs
• Drive new player acquisition, FTD generation, and NGR growth
• Source, negotiate, and close key partnerships including affiliates, streamers, creators, and ambassadors
• Manage partner performance, content quality, and traffic quality
• Shape regional brand presence through event sponsorships and community engagement
• Build and manage a regional team as the business scales

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing an iGaming player base through affiliation
• Demonstrable results in NGR terms
• Strong experience managing content-side partnerships
• Deep knowledge of the assigned region
• Native or fluent command of the region's key language(s) and fluent English
• Experience owning a P&L or budget with genuine accountability
• Experience structuring CPA, rev share, fixed fee, and hybrid deal arrangements
