Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and corporate mobility
- Oversee statutory compliance across the UAE and selected EMEA regions
- Act as the key operational link between internal teams, expatriate employees, external vendors, and UAE government platforms
- Ensure flawless execution of visa processes, pension contributions, and WPS compliance
- Manage onboarding processes to build an exceptional employee experience
- Maintain strict audit readiness and operational excellence
What we look for
- Experience managing employee lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of corporate mobility and statutory compliance
- Familiarity with UAE government platforms
- Experience with visa processes and WPS compliance
