Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach and develop on-site staff
• Manage performance issues and approve timesheets for property staff
• Achieve highest possible net operating income through cost control and revenue improvement
• Develop yearly operating budgets, forecasts and marketing plans
• Oversee leasing, resident retention and customer service
• Manage maintenance, construction and property emergency response
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Regional Supervisor
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM)
