About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial, operational, and service delivery performance of assigned Hard and Soft FM contracts across the UAE region
- Ensure all services are delivered in line with contractual commitments, financial targets, and client expectations
- Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
- Manage client engagement and resource allocation
- Integrate innovative and sustainable FM solutions to safeguard contract profitability and enhance service quality
- Support long-term business growth through effective service delivery
