Responsibilities

• Own revenue responsibilities for the Northeast territory (CT, MA, RI, NH, ME, VT, NJ, NY, PA, DE)
• Deliver on quarterly quotas independently by managing complex, cross-functional deals
• Build and grow the region's base of brokers, advisors, and strategic Gold Advisor relationships
• Shape territory strategy in collaboration with Enterprise, AE, and CR roles

Requirements

• Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
• Experience working with benefits brokers and consultants
• Experience in health insurance strongly preferred
• Strong ability to present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
