Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned territory to reach full revenue potential
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed annual revenue targets
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the class action and mass tort sectors
  • Manage existing accounts to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling DISCO products
  • Maintain accurate customer data, sales activities, and forecasts within the CRM system

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field sales experience specifically within Class Action or Mass Tort practice areas
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Existing professional relationships with class action and/or mass tort law firms
  • Experience selling software, services, or technology to law firms
  • Deep knowledge of litigation processes and discovery needs
  • Legal practice experience in securities, antitrust, or environmental law
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
