Responsibilities

  • Create team sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Counsel, train, and guide direct reports to drive organization plans for achieving sales goals.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or Senior Sales Role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills.
