Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve commercial targets including new business development, price adjustments, and accurate forecasting
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical teams
• Coordinate with Customer Technical Service teams for line trials and product implementation
• Execute annual sales plans and strategic account plans
• Identify and pursue market share expansion opportunities in packaging segments
• Compile monthly sales and market reports and monitor competitive activity
• Attend trade shows and provide technical training to customers
• Manage product complaints and coordinate resolutions between technical teams and customers

Requirements

• Secondary school level education required; tertiary qualification preferred
• 3 years of experience in a similar field required
• Profound understanding of commercial and technical aspects of packaging coatings
• Strong computer skills and data analysis capabilities
• Ability to travel 50% or more
