About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve commercial targets including new business development, price adjustments, and accurate forecasting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical teams
- Coordinate with Customer Technical Service teams for line trials and product implementation
- Execute annual sales plans and strategic account plans
- Identify and pursue market share expansion opportunities in packaging segments
- Compile monthly sales and market reports and monitor competitive activity
- Attend trade shows and provide technical training to customers
- Manage product complaints and coordinate resolutions between technical teams and customers
Requirements
- Secondary school level education required; tertiary qualification preferred
- 3 years of experience in a similar field required
- Profound understanding of commercial and technical aspects of packaging coatings
- Strong computer skills and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to travel 50% or more
