About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide implementation and stabilization for new clinics and partners
- Onboard and upskill Patient Engagement Specialists at assigned sites
- Recommend workflow enhancements and oversee queue management
- Provide coverage of clinics during staffing gaps
- Monitor team output for accuracy and consistency, coaching as needed
- Serve as subject matter expert on SOPs and compliance protocols
Requirements
- Nationally certified pharmacy technician (CPhT, PTCB or ExCPT)
- 1-2+ years pharmacy technician experience in specialty pharmacy, prior authorization or patient refill calls
- Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of pharmacy technician experience
- Experience in specialty disease states such as transplant, HIV, diabetes or oncology
