About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and expand the public sector and labor territory by executing a regional go-to-market strategy
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with benefits leaders, trustees, and union leadership
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving consultants, channel partners, and procurement
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service portfolios within existing clients
- Maintain disciplined CRM documentation and forecast accuracy
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience selling to public sector and labor buyers in healthcare benefits or wellness
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas
- Deep understanding of the healthcare benefits landscape and public sector purchasing
