Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on clinical scenarios and nursing judgment questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Challenge models on topics including pharmacology, care planning, and patient safety

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field
• Clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or community health settings
• Strong metacognitive communication skills to explain clinical reasoning
• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet
