Registration Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee online and onsite registration for events
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth registration workflows
• Handle escalations related to registration issues during events
• Implement new registration technologies and enhance visitor experiences
• Manage post-event DTCM reconciliation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Work with IT to ensure accurate data capture and integration into CRM systems
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for registration processes
• Provide guidance on onsite registration layout, signage, and traffic flow
• Deliver post-event registration reports and actionable insights

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in exhibitions or events
• Strong understanding of registration processes and visitor experience
• Experience with event technologies
• Knowledge of DTCM requirements for visitor attendance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics CRM, Eloqua)
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating registration systems into CRM platforms
• Knowledge of event technology trends
• Familiarity with data analytics for actionable reporting
