About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with GCGRA on regulatory submissions, queries and approvals
- Lead preparation of regulatory submissions including product approvals and internal control updates
- Provide practical regulatory advice to support product development and commercial initiatives
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear guidance for Product, Technology, and Operations teams
- Act as a key regulatory contact for the Commercial Gaming team
- Support preparation of regulatory reporting and Board-level reporting
- Track regulatory actions, commitments and supervisory items
- Contribute to horizon scanning and assessment of regulatory developments
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or regulatory advisory roles
- Experience preparing regulatory submissions and formal responses to regulators
- Strong experience interpreting and applying regulatory frameworks in a commercial context
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex regulatory approval processes end to end
- Experience drafting structured regulatory advice to support business initiatives
- Ideally a degree in Business, Risk Management, Law or other relevant field
- Experience in gaming, lottery, financial services or other regulated sectors preferred
