About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and advise business units during initial calls to ensure complete NPPA submissions
- Conduct detailed reviews of NPPAs from a regulatory compliance perspective
- Track action items and conditions from NPPA reviews and CLT meetings
- Provide timely reviews and advice on regulatory compliance matters to business units
- Provide translation for documents received in Arabic from regulators
- Provide accurate and relevant feedback and information to Senior Management - Regulatory Advisory
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Relevant compliance qualifications, certifications, or courses
- 4 to 6 years of experience, including 3-4 years in a Regulatory Compliance role
- Banking industry experience
- Strong understanding of CBUAE & SCA Regulations
- Strong understanding of banking products and related procedures
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels of management
- Stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
