About the role
Responsibilities
- Help clients find qualified and motivated candidates
- Ensure a professional, positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Create and publish job ads in relevant channels
- Actively source candidates in Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks
- Review and select candidates to present to clients
- Conduct competency-based interviews and keep recruitment systems up to date
Requirements
- Solid experience as a recruiter, driving full recruitment processes independently
- Practical experience with interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience using social media, CV databases and professional networks for recruiting
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Ability to invoice for services through own company or another invoicing solution

- Experience with Teamtailor
