About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year
- Prospect in targeted segments through phone calls and face-to-face visits
- Present and sell personal banking products and services to potential customers
- Conduct micro marketing and kiosk activities
- Handle customer objections and manage payroll transfers
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies, KYC, FATCA, and AML/CTF regulations
- Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM
Requirements
- Graduate from any discipline
- 2 years of banking sales experience
- Basic knowledge of retail banking products, services, and processes
- Strong confidence, persistence, and verbal/written communication skills
