Relationship Banker - Loan DST

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year
• Prospect in targeted segments through phone calls and face-to-face visits
• Present and sell personal banking products and services ethically
• Conduct micro marketing activities including kiosk and direct marketing
• Handle customer objections to drive sales and payroll transfers
• Ensure end-to-end customer turnaround time (TAT) is met with quality adherence
• Maintain strict compliance with Bank policy, KYC, FATCA, AML, and CTF regulations
• Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM
• Participate in team activities, training, and coaching
• Escalate suspected breaches to Senior Management or Governance

Requirements

• Graduate from any discipline
• 2 years of banking sales experience
• Basic knowledge of retail banking products, service policies, and processes
• Strong confidence, persistence, and personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
