Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Acquire volumes from existing portfolios and through new lead generation via networking and cold calling
• Prepare high-standard call reports and credit applications including financial statement analysis
• Analyze working capital requirements and monitor client financial health
• Ensure complete documentation for credit proposals and sufficient collateral
• Liaise with internal departments like credit-risk, legal, and operations for transaction turnaround
• Perform regular customer site visits for credit monitoring and recovery of bank dues
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to meet revenue targets

Requirements

• Experience in credit analysis and appraisal techniques
• Knowledge of Business Banking products and services
• Understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank
• Proficiency in credit, risk, business, and financial analysis
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Ability to follow ethical sales practices and service standards
