Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct client needs assessments to customize solutions including portfolio management, equities, and trading strategies.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services for clients.
• Participate in exhibitions, conferences, or act as a company representative at booths.
• Negotiate and close deals while handling complaints or objections.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients via meetings, calls, and market updates.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and compliance with policies.
• Track performance metrics such as conversion rates and AUM growth.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in stockbroking or financial sales.
• Deep knowledge of UAE, GCC, and US financial markets, including margin trading regulations.
• Proven track record in sales execution and relationship management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Bloomberg Terminal, and Reuters Eikon.
• Experience managing high-net-worth client portfolios or negotiating large-scale trades.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are desirable.
