Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct client needs assessments to customize portfolio management, equities, and trading strategies
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to clients
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, or booths
• Negotiate and close deals while handling client complaints or objections
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients via meetings, calls, and market updates
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure compliance with company policies
• Track performance metrics such as conversion rates and AUM growth
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports for leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in stockbroking or financial sales
• Deep knowledge of UAE, GCC, and US financial markets, including margin trading regulations
• Proven track record in sales execution and relationship management
• Proficiency in MS Office, Bloomberg Terminal, and Reuters Eikon
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
• Experience managing high-net-worth client portfolios or large-scale trades
• Fluency in English; Arabic is desirable
