About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual business goals including revenue, profit, asset and deposit growth
- Cultivate and expand accounts initiated by Relationship Officers to maximize market penetration
- Provide timely advisory services on Trade & Treasury products
- Ensure minimal turnaround times and service excellence for SME banking clients
- Maintain compliance with operational risk, sales, credit, and anti-money laundering regulations
- Manage KYC and client profiles with high confidentiality
Requirements
- 5+ years of banking experience, preferably in Commercial or Corporate Relationship Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- English proficiency required
