Relationship Manager Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the team including prospecting, onboarding, and database updates
• Support Relationship Managers with Central Registry, documentation, and repapering
• Manage Risk & Compliance for KYC and AML issues
• Handle cash management, credit/debit cards, transfers, and execution of payment/trading orders
• Ensure adherence to internal regulatory policies and cross-border rules
• Participate in client meetings and corporate events when requested

Requirements

• Degree in Economics or equivalent, ideally with banking products or compliance training
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Banking Assistant in the DIFC
• Deep knowledge of wealth management products and local compliance regulations
• Outstanding communication skills and strong organizational abilities
• Fluent in English and Russian or Arabic
