About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team including prospecting, onboarding, and database updates
- Support Relationship Managers with Central Registry, documentation, and repapering
- Manage Risk & Compliance for KYC and AML issues
- Handle cash management, credit/debit cards, transfers, and execution of payment/trading orders
- Ensure adherence to internal regulatory policies and cross-border rules
- Participate in client meetings and corporate events when requested
Requirements
- Degree in Economics or equivalent, ideally with banking products or compliance training
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Banking Assistant in the DIFC
- Deep knowledge of wealth management products and local compliance regulations
- Outstanding communication skills and strong organizational abilities
- Fluent in English and Russian or Arabic
