About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage existing Small Enterprise (SE) relationships and originate new SE relationships within business communities near branch locations
- Achieve financial and non-financial objectives by meeting borrowing and non-borrowing needs for target segments including borrowers, transactors, and depositors
- Actively source new-to-bank customers and generate business leads from walk-in clients
- Focus on relationship management, up-selling, deep-selling, and cross-selling various banking products
- Seamlessly take over new relationships originated by DS and those downgraded by the ME team using defined onboarding procedures
- Identify opportunities to upgrade customers to the ME category through needs profiling
- Maintain the quality and soundness of the assigned SE portfolio through KYC reviews, due diligence monitoring, and anti-money laundering procedures
Requirements
- Experience in relationship management within the banking sector
- Proven ability to manage Small Enterprise (SE) portfolios
- Knowledge of KYC, due diligence, and AML procedures
