Relationship Manager, Business Banking - Liabilities

Responsibilities

• Acquire high-value NTB clients and enhance existing relationships to increase the bank's liability book and revenue
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and increase the bank's wallet share through cross-selling and upselling
• Negotiate pricing for GM and Cash products to meet customer needs
• Prepare Credit Applications (CA), analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with bank policies
• Manage portfolio risk by monitoring KYC, assessing financial risks, and recognizing early warning signals
• Monitor MIS reports for FX and Trade revenues to maximize profitability
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards and ensure timely response to customer requests

Requirements

• Proven track record in driving high-performance culture and delivering financial objectives
• Strong sales management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and drive results with tenacity
• Strong business assessment and analytical skills, particularly with complex structures
• University Degree is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Business Management or Business Administration
• Detailed knowledge of the SME proposition and the competitive banking landscape
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders
