About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage existing small enterprise relationships and originate new ones in branch communities
- Meet borrowing and non-borrowing needs of target customer segments
- Source new-to-bank customers and generate leads from walk-in customers
- Cross-sell and deep-sell other bank products
- Take over relationships from the DS team and downgrades from the ME team using the onboarding procedure
- Identify opportunities to upgrade customers to ME category
- Ensure quality of the portfolio, including KYC reviews and anti-money laundering procedures
Requirements
- Relationship management experience in banking
- Knowledge of KYC and anti-money laundering procedures
