About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a set of existing Small Enterprise (SE) relationships and originate new SE relationships in business communities around branch locations
- Achieve assigned financial and non-financial objectives by meeting borrowing and non-borrowing needs of customers
- Actively source new-to-bank customers and generate new business leads from walk-in customers
- Manage customers focusing on relationship management, up-selling, deep-selling, and cross-selling bank products
- Seamlessly take over new relationships originated by DS and relationships downgraded by ME team
- Identify opportunities to upgrade customers to ME category by profiling customer needs
- Ensure quality and soundness of assigned SE portfolio through KYC reviews, monitoring, and anti-money laundering procedures
Requirements
- Experience in business banking or relationship management
- Proven ability to source new business and manage client portfolios
- Knowledge of KYC and AML procedures
