About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow Emirati and Islamic business presence
- Maintain close contact and relationships with clients to ensure high wallet share
- Solicit and manage businesses meeting agreed risk-reward parameters
- Deliver liability targets and cross-sell products including personal loans, cards, and insurance
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and bank policies
- Coordinate with product and channel partners to maximize opportunities
- Resolve customer problems and complaints through coordination with line managers
Requirements
- 7 to 10+ years of banking sales experience
- Graduate degree
- Strong knowledge of Retail Banking products, service policies, and processes
- Proven sales profile with confidence and persistence
