Relationship Manager - Elite Banking

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients
• Drive new-to-bank customer acquisition through networking, referrals, and strategic relationship building
• Provide advisory-led financial solutions across deposits, mutual funds, fixed income, and treasury/FX solutions
• Identify and generate lending opportunities, including mortgages and secured credit facilities
• Maintain high standards of customer service, governance, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and review credit applications ensuring adherence to internal risk standards
• Act as a trusted advisor for wealth creation, preservation, and succession planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, or Private Banking
• CISI Level 3, ICWIM and UAE rules and regulations or SCA certified
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing high-net-worth customers
• Strong understanding of wealth management, lending, and investment solutions
