About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire high-value NTB clients and enhance existing relationships to increase the bank's liability book and revenue
- Cross-sell and upsell banking products and services to maximize wallet share
- Manage risk by updating KYC, preparing Credit Applications, and analyzing financial statements
- Monitor portfolio risk and recognize early warning signals of unsatisfactory account conduct
- Coordinate with product managers and internal departments to ensure compliance with risk and operational policies
- Provide high-quality customer service and maintain strong rapport with clients to identify financial needs
Requirements
- University Degree (Post graduate in Business Management preferred)
- Proven track record in driving high-performance culture and delivering financial objectives
- Strong analytical ability and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively plan and organize to drive results
