About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow Emirati and Islamic business presence
- Maintain close contact and relationships with clients to ensure a major share of their wallet
- Solicit and manage businesses that meet agreed risk-reward parameters
- Deliver agreed liabilities numbers and significant cross-selling of other bank products
- Liaise intra-organization to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Work closely with product and channel partners from RBG, CIBG, and SME FX teams to maximize opportunities through cross-referrals
- Ensure credit risk compliance regarding facility execution
- Adhere to compliance requirements including KYC, AML, account reviews, and high-value transaction monitoring
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive new business and manage client relationships
- Knowledge of Islamic banking and Emirati market segments
- Ability to meet sales targets for liabilities and cross-selling
- Understanding of KYC, AML, and credit risk compliance protocols
- Strong interpersonal and liaison skills
