Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire potential high-value clients such as professional traders and family offices through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and conduct regular reviews.
• Take full responsibility for key KPIs including asset under management, trading volume, and revenue contribution.
• Provide professional advisory on product lines including spot, perpetuals, options, and structured products.
• Gather client feedback and work with product and operations teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Track industry trends and competitor strategies to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry.
• Hands-on experience with major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, or DeFi products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Clear KPI and result orientation with ability to use data to manage performance.
• Ability to work in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Comfortable with a high-intensity work pace and frequent travel/client visits.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in banking, securities, or asset management.
• Experience in client service or account operations.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk-return profiles.
