About the role
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the acquisition of new client relationships and nurture existing ones within the Priority Banking segment
- Meet revenue targets across Assets, Liabilities, Investments, and Insurance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Priority Banking customers and act as a trusted advisor
- Cross-sell bank products and services to increase share of wallet
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, anti-money laundering protocols, and KYC requirements
- Monitor and exceed client satisfaction levels while staying updated on market trends
Requirements
- University Degree in Business or Finance
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales role within the Financial services or Banking industry
- Experience across Retail and Wealth Management
- Proficiency in Chinese / Mandarin language
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in wealth management or retail banking
