Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Priority Banking customers to nurture relationships and support business development
- Spearhead client acquisition and account management through collaboration with Product Specialists
- Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating expertise in Priority Banking offerings and cross-selling products to increase share of wallet
- Adhere to operational, sales, and anti-mis-selling policies while maintaining KYC and client profiles
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and anti-money laundering protocols
- Monitor client satisfaction and stay updated on market trends to provide high-quality service
Requirements
- University Degree in Business or Finance
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales role within the Financial services or Banking industry
- Experience in Retail Banking or Wealth Management
- Native fluency in French or Chinese is required
