About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of up to 1,000 retail banking customers via face to face, phone, email and digital channels
- Handle day-to-day banking queries on accounts, cards, transfers and digital services
- Identify opportunities to upgrade customers from Gold to Diamond
- Generate qualified investment and takaful referrals to Investment Advisors
- Cross-sell banking products aligned with customer needs and eligibility
- Ensure all interactions comply with bank policies, KYC and AML requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
- 2-4 years in retail banking, customer service or relationship management
- Knowledge of banking products, customer segmentation and digital channels
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office and digital banking platforms
