About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote and cross-sell the bank’s retail products, including credit cards, overdrafts, FDs, and savings accounts
- Develop and implement strategies to target potential markets for privilege customers
- Identify untapped business opportunities and potential sources of privilege customers
- Drive CASA growth and cross-sell products like credit cards, FDs, and personal loans
- Generate leads through field activities and collaborate with teams for business growth
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience handling Privilege Accounts and HNI clients
- Strong market knowledge regarding privilege customer profiles and local markets
- Proven ability to drive CASA growth and product cross-selling
