Relationship Manager- Real Estate Unit

Responsibilities

• Support regular review of the assigned real estate portfolio and recommend credit facilities
• Develop relationship strategies and account plans for assigned clients
• Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts and decision makers
• Provide account-management support and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to a healthy business pipeline and new-to-bank opportunities
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory, credit and risk-management policies
• Coordinate with external advisers on transaction execution and documentation

Requirements

• Sound understanding of the real estate sector and its financing products
• Experience supporting or managing real estate clients in Abu Dhabi
• Understanding of key risks in real estate lending across the development lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of escrow regulations, mortgage enforceability and real estate legislation
