About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business relationships with SBF clients to fulfill banking requirements
- Enhance customer relationships through regular planned meetings
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and service improvement
- Manage revenue, expenses, net income, and assets
- Monitor consumer satisfaction, loan repayment performance, and delinquency rates
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Manage customer complaints and retention
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Business Banking products and services
- Experience in credit analysis and appraisal techniques
- Proficiency in credit, risk, business, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of Business Relationship Management
- Understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank
- Awareness of local market competitors
- Excellent communication and computer skills
